Authentic Movement is the structure we engage with in this workshop. We use this structure that includes conscious movement, writing and drawing to explore questions. As Thanksgiving Holiday approaches, we inquire about the stressors in our lives, what is essential and what can be cleared. We can ask what do I have that I want to maintain and what areas of my life am I grateful for. Connecting with oneself in this Authentic Movement structure can illuminate clarifications to these questions that have been previously hidden. Well into autumn, the change of season encourages letting go and burrowing deep within the recesses of Self.
